Updating Your Billing Information

Users can update their billing information in Rookie Me Hub.

  1. Login via https://hub.rookieme.com/.
  2. Ensure your team is selected.
  3. In the top right hand side of the page, select your account.

  1. Select 'Subscriptions'.

  1. Select 'Manage'.

  1. You will be taken to your account on Stripe, which is our payment portal.

  1. Select 'Add payment method' to add/update your card details.

  1. Enter your payment information and select 'Add' once complete.

  1. On your account page, select 'Update information' to add/update your address and contact number.

  1. Enter your details as necessary and select 'Save' once complete.

  1. On your account page, you will also be able to view any previous invoices you have.

  1. Select 'Return to Rookie Me Pty Ltd' to be taken back to Rookie Me Hub.
