iOS 16+ Requirement for Our App
We’ve Updated Our App Requirements
To provide the best experience, security, and performance, our app now requires iOS 16 or later. Apple regularly updates iOS with new features, enhanced security, and better app performance. By supporting only iOS 16 and above, we can ensure that you get the best possible experience while using our app. This means some older devices are no longer compatible with the latest version of our app.
What Does This Mean for You?
If your device cannot upgrade to iOS 16 or later:
- You won’t be able to download app updates from the App Store.
- You can continue using an older app version, but some features may not work as intended.
iPhones that support iOS 16+:
If you have one of the following iPhones, you can update to iOS 16:
- iPhone 8, 8 Plus
- iPhone X, XR, XS, XS Max
- iPhone 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max
- iPhone 12, 12 Mini, 12 Pro, 12 Pro Max
- iPhone 13, 13 Mini, 13 Pro, 13 Pro Max
- iPhone SE (2nd generation and later)
- iPhone 14, 14 Plus, 14 Pro, 14 Pro Max
- iPhone 15, 15 Plus, 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max
Affected iPhones (cannot upgrade to iOS 16):
- iPhone 6s, 6s Plus
- iPhone 7, 7 Plus
- iPhone SE (1st generation)
iPads that support iOS 16+ (iPadOS 16):
If you have one of the following iPads, you can update to iPadOS 16:
- iPad (5th generation and later)
- iPad Air (3rd generation and later)
- iPad mini (5th generation and later)
- iPad Pro (All models)
Affected iPads (cannot upgrade to iOS 16):
- iPad Air (2nd generation)
- iPad mini (4th generation)
- iPads released before 2017
How to check your iOS version:
- Open Settings on your device.
- Tap General > About.
- Look for Software Version to see what iOS version your device is running.
How to update to iOS 16:
If your device supports iOS 16, follow these steps to update:
- Back up your data using iCloud or iTunes.
- Open Settings.
- Tap General > Software Update.
- If an update is available, tap Download and Install.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.

What if my device is not compatible with iOS 16?
If your device is not compatible with iOS 16, you will no longer be able to install new versions of our app. However, you may still be able to use an older version of the app if it was previously installed.
To continue using the latest features and security updates, we recommend upgrading to a newer iPhone or iPad that supports iOS 16.
