What do I do if the app crashes?
If you are unable to open the app or the app is exhibiting unexpected behaviour, the easiest fix is to remove and reinstall the app. This will ensure that you have installed the absolute latest version of the app.
Please note: if you have been using the app offline (without Wi-Fi) and have not had a chance to reconnect, you may lose some data during this process.
Follow the steps below to delete and reinstall the app (both iPhone and iPad):
- Touch and hold the app.
- Tap Remove App .
- Tap Delete App, then tap Delete to confirm.
- Open up the App store.
- Search 'Rookie Me Play'.
- Download the App.
- Login to the App.
Updating to the latest version of the App or updating your iOS version may also assist.
