Cancelling a Subscription Through Rookie Me Hub
- Login via https://hub.rookieme.com/.
- Select your team.
- In the left hand side menu bar, select 'Licences'.
- Select 'Unassign' on the relevant licence.
- You will be alerted of the licence being removed in the top right hand corner of the page.
- Your licence will be listed as 'Inactive'. Select 'Use' if you wish to use this licence.
- You will be notified that the licence has been applied in the top right hand corner of the page.
- When your licence is listed as 'Inactive', you can select 'Manage' to cancel you subscription.
