Cancelling a Subscription Through Rookie Me Hub

  1. Login via https://hub.rookieme.com/.
  2. Select your team.
  3. In the left hand side menu bar, select 'Licences'.

For the licence, please refer to the 'Managed On' column.

If this column states 'Hub', then the subscription is managed on Rookie Me Hub (see process below).

If this column states 'In-app', then the subscription is managed via the app/Apple. Refer to this article for further information: https://help.play.rookieme.com/article/345-how-do-i-cancel-my-subscription

  1. Select 'Unassign' on the relevant licence.

  1. You will be alerted of the licence being removed in the top right hand corner of the page.

  1. Your licence will be listed as 'Inactive'. Select 'Use' if you wish to use this licence.

  1. If you select 'Use', you will be notified that the licence has been applied in the top right hand corner of the page.

  1. When your licence is listed as 'Inactive', you can select 'Manage' to cancel you subscription.

  1. Select 'Cancel Subscription'.

  1. You will be asked to confirm the cancellation. Select 'Yes' in the confirm box to proceed.
