Box to bench connectivity

Users can elect to set up two devices to enable access in the coach's box and on the interchange bench.

This can be achieved by setting up one device as 'View Only'.

Note: users must have an Advanced or Expert subscription to be able to delegate roles. Refer to the below article for further information regarding the plans and functions available to users:

Follow the steps below to see how to set this up:

  1. Once you have created a team, you need to add a staff member. Refer to the following article on how to add a staff member to your team. Staff members can be added as either 'Viewer' or 'Admin'. If you elect 'Viewer', users are able to view everything on the team, but can't edit or delete, whereas 'Admin' can view and edit everything, but can't transfer ownership.
  1. Once the staff member(s) have been added, navigate to the 'Events' tab.
  2. Create a new event and enter in all relevant details. Refer to this article for how to set up an event:
  1. Scroll down to the 'Game Roles' section and select 'Edit Roles'.

  1. In the dialogue box, select 'Add Member'.

  1. In the 'Add Members' screen, click the field under 'Member' where it says 'Select.' This will take you to the list of members available/added for your team.

  1. Select the relevant staff member.
  2. Once the staff member has been selected, you will be able to choose a role for the staff member for the game.
  3. Select the role applicable and toggle the bottom two options as necessary ('User can view everything' and 'User can take notes').
  4. Add in a message if required.

  1. Select 'Done' in the top right hand corner.
  2. You will be directed to the 'Staff' screen within the event, where the role applied to the staff member will be listed as 'Awaiting Response' until the user has accepted it.

  1. Click on the invite to view the member details. You can remove the role/invite by selecting 'Remove'.

  1. Follow the same process if you wish to add more roles.

Reminder: If you have an Advanced subscription, you can delegate roles up to two users. With the Expert subscription, you can delegate roles up to ten users.

  1. The staff member needs to go into the event and accept the invite under 'Game Roles'.
  2. After the staff member has accepted the invite, users will need to refresh the page to see they have been added to the 'Game Roles' section. To refresh, simply swipe downwards on the screen of your iPhone or iPad.

iPhone Users:
