Error message on login

From time to time, users may be unable to login and they will receive an error message.

Quite often, the quick solution is to delete your app and reinstall it.

Follow the steps below to delete and reinstall the app (both iPhone and iPad):

  1. Touch and hold the app.
  2. Tap Remove App .
  3. Tap Delete App, then tap Delete to confirm.
  4. Open up the App store.
  5. Search 'Rookie Me Play'.
  6. Download the App.
  7. Login to the App.

Updating to the latest version of the App or updating your iOS version may also assist.
