Using Join Team Codes
Team Codes are associated with a team which has been created and can be provided to users to enable them to join the team.
To send a user a team code, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to 'Account'.
- Select the team you wish to invite user(s) to.
- Select 'Team Join Code'
- Toggle the 'Enable Team Join Code' on.
- Once the 'Enable Team Join Code' has been activated, a second option of 'Require Approval To Join' will appear. Toggle to on or off as required.
- If 'Require Approval To Join' is toggled to off, the Team Join Code and the option to generate a new code will be provided.
- Select the share button next to the code and choose the method of sharing you wish to use (e.g. AirDrop, Message, Email).
- Enter in the user's credentials and the Join Team Code will be sent for the user to enter when joining a team.

Users who are invited to join a team via the join team code will automatically be added as a 'viewer'.
If you would like the user to have admin capacity, you need to update their role in the 'Members' section.
Please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to 'Members'.
- Select the 'Staff' tab up the top of the screen.
- Select the staff member you wish to update their role.
- Select the pen icon next to their roles.
- Select 'Admin' and then select 'Save' in the top right hand corner.
