The app won't let me login, what do I do?
If you see the "Oops! Something went wrong" error, there are a few quick fixes that you can try before reaching out to Support.
Quick Fix #1: Enable Cookies
The login process relies on Cookies to keep track of your login state. Please ensure that you have Cookies enabled in Safari and in your default browser (e.g. Google Chrome or Firefox).
To ensure cookies are enabled for Safari:
1. Navigate to settings.
- Select 'Safari' in the left hand side menu list.
3. Make sure 'Block All Cookies' is toggled to OFF.
Quick Fix #2: Fix your Date & Time settings
If you are still experiencing issues logging in, please ensure your Date & Time settings for your device is set to 'Set Automatically'.
- Navigate to settings.
- Select 'General' in the left hand side menu list.
- Select 'Date & Time'.
- Ensure 'Set Automatically' is toggled to ON.
Quick Fix #3: Log Out Everywhere
The last fix is actually the easiest to implement; on your device simply open this URL in Safari and your default browser (if applicable):
https://id.rookieme.com/v2/logout?federated
Opening that link in the browser(s) will force a global logout of Rookie Me products for your device, and will redirect you back to our Rookie Me home page.
Still no luck?
If you are still experiencing issues, please contact Support via the 'Contact' button in the top right hand corner of this page.
In your enquiry, please ensure you let us know the following details:

- The email address you are trying to log in with;
- Details about your device; the model name (e.g. iPhone Pro 13) and the iOS version (e.g. iOS 17.0) - you can find these details under 'About' in the Settings app.
- The approximate time that you saw the error message - this is a big help for us and will lead to a faster response time.
