Resetting your Rookie Me account password

This article is specific to users who signed up with a Rookie Me Account. If you signed up with the Sign In with AppleSign In with Google or Sign In with Coach AFL, you will need to use the respective platform to manage your sign-on credentials. You can view the following article for assistance:

You can begin the process to reset your password from the login page. The only requirement is having access to the email account you originally signed up with.

  1. When logging in to the app, click the 'Can't log in to your account?' link.

  1. Enter in the email address you originally signed up with.,

  1. Shortly after clicking 'Continue,' you should have received a link to reset your password. Follow the steps provided in the link to finalise and regain access to your account.


If you do not receive an email with a link to reset your password, try the following options:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder.
  2. Ensure the email address you entered is the same one that you signed up with.
  3. Ensure you did not sign up with one of the other 'Sign In With' options.
