Game Type
Game Type allows you to configure how many players you will have on the field.
You are able to have as many players as you want on the bench (requires no configuration).
Game settings, and therefore, game type, are set up when creating an event. See the following article for creating a new event:
You can update the game settings once you have started a game by following the below:
- Select the three dot menu option in the top right hand corner, then select 'Edit Game Settings'.
- Select the 'Game Type' option.
- Choose the desired player amount type from the dropdown list
- If you select 'Save as Season Default', the game settings will automatically be set up and applied to any new events created for that season.
- Select 'Save'.
You can also set the game settings within the Season Settings area, which will automatically be applied to any new events created for that season.
- Navigate to 'Account' in the bottom navigation bar.
- Select 'Seasons'.
- Click on the relevant season and select 'Edit' in the top right hand corner.
- Update any settings as required.
- Click 'Save'.
