Is the app available for Android?

Currently, the app is only available for iOS - running on an iPhone, iPad, iPad mini or iPad Pro iOS16 and above.


However, any user (including those with Android-only devices) can set up their team, players and staff members on Rookie Me Hub or Rookie Me Connect.


Rookie Me boasts a connected ecosystem enabling users to set up their team(s) in one of three environments. A team created on Hub (or our team management app - Connect) will appear on the Play app.


So a team manager / club admin / coach with an Android device can set everything up, and create events (games) for someone else to use their iOS device for Play on gameday.


Additional Information
  • Because Rookie Me Play is cloud-based, your subscription is not limited to the one device.
  • All you need is one person in your team to own an iPad or iPhone.
  • If the designated person is unable to attend the game, all the team’s data can be pulled to another device.
  • You can use different Apple devices on different game days.
  • We are working on an Android solution.
