Player Display Name

When a user is entering the players for their team, they will be asked to provide a First Name and Last Name. Once entered, a Display Name will be required, which is what is used for their game day player card.

Users can manually enter in a Display Name, or can select the 'Auto-fill' option, which is the player's initial of their first name and their full last name.
