Field and List View
Field view is available for Basic, Advanced and Expert subscriptions.
Therefore, field view is not available for the Lite subscription.
When in a game, users can elect to view the players on their sport's playing surface or in a list.

Once you start a game, the default is field view (for Basic, Advanced and Expert).
If you wish to change to list view, select the 'List' option in the left hand side of the top menu bar.
If you wish to switch back to field view, select the 'Field' option in the left hand side of the top menu bar.
